My stay was a total disaster! The room was filthy with dirt everywhere, including spiderwebs and stained towels. Additionally, the air conditioning barely worked, and the smell of smoke invaded the room from outside.

Cleanliness fell short, with dirty paper towels revealing a concerning lack of attention to detail in upkeep.
